Though Abrahamic faiths were spawned by men
Whose potent words their fellows deeply moved
And sanctified by priests, who chant “Amen!”,
God’s actual existence can’t be proved.
Another crucial point one shouldn’t neglect:
Concerning His insights, feelings, thoughts and acts,
Too many folk unconsciously project
On God their dualistic psyche’s facts.
As for conformists’ views on Divine will
They deem revealed through visions or ghostly voice,
Including words which make extremists kill,
Determined they are by holy writ not choice.
Since through free will the best in man is done,
The God I choose is loving, good and one.
