Through free will and the power of reason
Bestowed on each of us by God,
We can interpret as we choose
The dramas that are staged within;
And see, for instance, Apocalypse
Not as the Second Coming of Christ
But as the calling of the Self –
That holy of holies in the psyche,
The archetype of human wholeness.
