Since ruthless liars rule and rob the Earth,
Exploiting too the flagrant mass addiction
To social media, of truth there’s dearth –
For fact is being quelled by potent fiction.
Depressing then it is to certify,
Considering he undertook the chore
In order to raise a mighty hue and cry,
We’re chased by Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four.
With the shrill blessing of his faithful base,
Whose henchmen advocate autocracy,
If win he does the Presidential race,
“Big Brother” Trump shall kill democracy.
Like Putin, and Bibi here in Israel,
His self-promoting lies he’ll always sell.
