With nuclear weapons in the hands of males
Whose vital Anima remains repressed,
Including those who think their rule entails
A Messianic role, we must protest.
Right now the Middle East is on the verge
Of full-scale war: Iran the Bomb might use
Or Trump’s apocalyptic Christians urge
Israel to ignite Armageddon’s fuse.
The Feminine Principle’s the only hope,
Also regarding climate everywhere;
Unless we manage to increase its scope,
We can’t this battered, heated Earth repair.
So, ladies and gentle men, amalgamate:
To free the world from hubris, greed and hate.
