How should we, the affluent heirs
Of Western Humanism,
Treat the so-called
Third World?
Should we shut ourselves,
Sustained by multi-vitamins
And silicon chips,
Behind our own iron curtain;
Or should we, rather,
Before this prior precept
Is totally ignored,
Revive the art of sharing?
